Students Will Be Keeping Their District Chromebook This Summer
Students in grades 3-12 will be keeping their Chromebooks over the summer break. Students will be responsible for keeping the Chromebooks and their cases in working order for use next year. If your student does experience any issues with their Chromebook over the summer, please click HERE or visit bit.ly/scssummertechticket to submit a Tech Ticket. A Tech Department member will contact you within two business days to assist. If your student is leaving the district over the summer, they will need to turn in their Chromebook on the last day of school. Please click HERE or visit bit.ly/scscbl to submit your student’s name to inform our department to collect the Chromebook. If you have any questions, please contact Dave Binkley at dbinkley@scsmustangs.org.
A friendly reminder: Stickers on Student Chromebooks.
Please remind your students about this policy and kindly ensure that they are not placing any stickers on their Chromebooks. Let's all work together to keep our students' devices in good condition for their optimal learning experience.
As a friendly reminder, students who turn in a Chromebook with stickers on them at the end of the school year will be charged a fee for any damage caused by the stickers. We want to ensure that all devices are returned in good condition, so please stress the importance of this to your students as well. This year we will be collecting fifth graders' devices at the end of the school year and eighth graders at freshmen orientation next year.
Medication Pick Up Reminder
Dear Parent/Guardian
Summer is fast approaching! As a reminder, please pick up your student’s medication at the school clinic on or before the last day of school.
Medication that is not picked up by May 26, 2023 will be discarded. Please go to Strongsville City Schools website Student Services - Strongsville City Schools to download medication administration forms and action plans for next school year.
Have a safe and healthy summer.

Summer Learning Program 2023
Summer Learning registration has begun. Summer Learning is an opportunity for students who need academic support to get targeted instruction based on critical grade level standards and skills. For Grades K-5, if your child was invited to participate this year, you should have received your invitation via email from Mary Marconi last Friday, April 21.
If you have had conversations with your child's teacher(s) regarding academic support throughout this school year, please look through your email to see if you received an invitation. The link to sign up for Summer Learning is on that invite.
Invitations to 6-10th grade students recommended for Summer Learning Support in English and/or math were emailed to parents recently. Please look for an email from Mary Marconi with the subject "Strongsville Schools Summer Learning Invitation" in your inbox. Registration information and details can be found there.
Enrollment for High School Credit Advancement, Credit Recovery and 6-12 Makerspace Camp is also open. You can find information about these programs HERE.
If you have any questions, please email grade K-5 questions to Amy Pinney (apinney@scsmustangs.org) and grade 6-12 questions to Nicole Hackman (nhackman@scsmustangs.org).
