Guidance this month will focus on post-secondary planning, personal health and safety, and intrapersonal relationships. This month, our goals our for students to focus on positive decision making, build resiliency skills, and continue to develop a positive self-concept. A BIG thank you to all the parents and community members who took the time to come present to our students for Career Day. It was an engaging, hands-on learning experience that helped our students better understand the diverse career paths available to them. Once again, thank you for your contribution to making our Career Day a success.

The Month of the Military Child, celebrated every April, is a time to recognize and honor the kids of military families. These children face unique challenges like moving often and dealing with parent(s) being gone. We will wear purple on Monday, April 14th to show our appreciation for their strength, resilience, and the important role they play in supporting their families.

Northside Threads

Northside Threads is a clothing closet that is housed at the Northside Family Engagement Center which is a State and Federal Program. It exists to support Northside families and provide clothing to students enrolled in Northside schools. You will be able to receive clothes once in the fall and once in the spring.
