A great resource for communicating with parents and PTO board members is through our Grade-Level Whatsapp groups.
Please be diligent about scammers - we are aware of instances where outside hackers have created fake groups using our school name and grades.

At Elite Fencing Academy, we are dedicated to making fencing an engaging and rewarding experience for children of all ages. Our programs are designed to foster confidence, focus, and sportsmanship in a safe and supportive environment. Our experienced coaches provide personalized, hands-on instruction tailored to each child's age and comfort level, whether they are participating in fencing for the first time or beginning to demonstrate early competitive potential. Our classes incorporate age-appropriate drills, games, and structured exercises to develop fundamental fencing skills, footwork, and teamwork. As your child progresses and grows in confidence, we are committed to supporting their development at every stage — from introductory local competitions to advanced training for families interested in pursuing competitive fencing. At Elite Fencing Academy, every child's journey begins with a strong foundation and evolves alongside their growth.

Elementary school marks the beginning of a future college athlete's journey. At Elite Fencing Academy, our student-athletes do not simply learn to fence — they position themselves for collegiate recruitment at the nation's most prestigious institutions. Elite Fencing Academy has a distinguished record of placing members at top universities across the nation. Fencing is a highly specialized sport, and college admissions committees actively seek well-rounded applicants who bring unique skills and competitive experience. As a competitive fencer, your student will stand apart in the admissions process. Recruitment Opportunities: Many elite universities, including Ivy League institutions and other top-tier programs, actively recruit competitive fencers for their athletic programs. Scholarships & Financial Aid: Colleges with established fencing programs frequently offer athletic scholarships and merit-based financial aid packages to talented fencers. Academic & Personal Development: Fencing cultivates discipline, time management, and strategic thinking — qualities that translate directly into academic excellence and are highly valued by college admissions committees. Competitive Profile: Participation in national and international fencing tournaments demonstrates a student's commitment, resilience, and ability to compete at an elite level, adding a compelling and distinctive dimension to their college application.

Join Elite Fencing Academy today and become part of a tradition of success!

Friday, August 14th was the district’s Ten Day S.E.A.T. (Student Enrollment Adjustment Time) Count, which Fulton County Schools uses to verify enrollment and make staffing decisions for the school year. Over the years, Wilson Creek has gained teachers, lost teachers, and experienced no staffing changes during this process. Because any staffing adjustment can affect class rosters, students, staff, and families, we are committed to communicating first with impacted grade levels and families before sharing information with the broader school community.

Once the district communicates any staffing decisions, we will work closely with impacted grade levels to develop a plan and communicate next steps in a timely and thoughtful manner. Our goal will always be to minimize disruption to students while maintaining a positive learning environment.

All class placements are tentative until after the Ten Day S.E.A.T. Count. Therefore student class placements and schedules could change during the first 3-4 weeks of school. Parents of students who might get a schedule change will be notified of these changes.

If your child is signed up to attend an after school enrichment program, please make sure you send a change of dismissal form with program dates to your child's teacher. The change of dismissal form is located on the school's website. Change of Dimissal Form
