A Season of Learning and Growth
The first half of October has been full of new energy, big smiles, and a suspicious number of pumpkin-flavored snacks. As we glide deeper into the fall semester, here’s what’s been happening around campus.
Bullying Awareness Week Recap
What a week it’s been! Horizon Leadership Academy wrapped up Bullying Awareness Week with energy, creativity, and a powerful message of kindness and respect. Each morning began with inspiring announcements reminding everyone to stand up against bullying and support one another.
Throughout the week, students and teachers participated in meaningful spirit days like Orange Wear Day and Mismatch Shoes Day, showing that our differences make us unique and stronger together.
The celebration ended on a high note with the Bingo Game winners, wrapping up days filled with learning, laughter, and community spirit.
A heartfelt thank-you to all staff and students for their enthusiasm and support. Together, we continue to make Horizon a place where every student feels safe, valued, and included.
