Hello, Mustang Families!!!

We hope to see you this week at Parent-Teacher Conferences!!! Tuesday evening 3:30-6:30 and Friday morning 8:00-11:00!!!

We received notification that McNair Middle School has been recognized by the Office for Education Policy (OEP) at the University of Arkansas as a school where students demonstrated high growth on the ATLAS! The OEP creates an annual report entitled the Outstanding Educational Performance Awards where we recognize schools with high student academic growth. Their report asserts that growth is the best indicator of the positive impact that our school is having on students. In their report, McNair Middle School received the following award: High Overall Growth (Statewide)

These growth scores reflect how much students at the school improved from 2024 compared to how much other students with similar prior achievement improved. We are so proud of our students and staff who worked so hard to receive this award!

The family engagement team is working on a Veterans Day slideshow to present during the Veterans Day Assembly on November 14th. This is optional for faculty and student families to participate. If you choose to participate you can fill out this FORM to give us information about the veteran. Please submit by November 1st.

Veterans Day Assembly (Nov. 14th):

*5th Grade Veteran’s Day Assembly will be in the morning from 7:48-8:30 a.m.

*6th Grade’s assembly will be in the afternoon from 2:04-2:45 p.m.
