- Congrats on a great UIL performance and earning a spot in the Area Marching Contest!
- Students with jobs: Please see the added dates below and make sure you request off for these performances.
- BOA Waco is on Saturday, 10/24 at Baylor's Football Stadium. Our performance time does not allow us to be back in time for the homecoming dance. Instead, we have added a Band Winter Formal on 12/4. Band students will be allowed to invite guests, and it will act as our own "band homecoming dance." We did this in 2024 and the students had a blast! Parent chaperones are needed!
- Community Night Date Change! Community Night is now 10/26 at 6pm in Pirate Stadium!
- With the students missing two contests because of rain, the leadership team and boosters agreed to add a contest at the end of the year at AT&T Stadium! The date is 11/10. Please add that day to your calendars and we will need parent help to load/unload.

Concession Shift Signup!
The second biggest fundraiser each year comes from operating concessions. We need parent volunteers to operate these stands so that we can make money to keep band fees low. This is a great way to meet other band parents, and they have a BLAST working together throughout the year.
If you are on financial scholarship, this is a great way to support the band by giving your time.

- Pro Tip for parents: Send your student with extra hygiene items for our longer game and contest days. Ideas include baby wipes, deodorant, sunscreen, extra black socks, etc.
