No School Monday and Tuesday
We will not have school on Monday or Tuesday next week! Monday is an Optional Teacher Workday and Tuesday is a Remote Learning Day. Just a reminder that on a Remote Day, students will receive a paper packet / directions from the teacher to complete. It's due on Wednesday and when turned in, students will be counted present and get credit for the day.

Fall in our mountains couldn't be prettier! Our trees lining the driveways to the school are showing out this year! Blessed to live and work in such a pretty place!!

The Pisgah Varsity cheerleaders came on Friday to show their Pisgah spirit! We appreciate them coming by to greet our students!

Major Strong Day- This Friday
Wear blue and red!
This Friday we will be having our first annual Major Strong Day!! To honor our sweet friend Major, who passed away a year ago this week, we are asking students to wear blue and red this Friday. Students will be revisiting his Buddy Bench, reading about topics that interested him, and honor him by showing extra kindness. We look forward to honoring Major this Friday!

Blue Paw Reward Trip - 10/22 👍
2nd-5th Grades
We are excited to take our Blue Paw students to Lake Logan on 10/22. Check out the attached flyer that was sent out previously as a reminder of the qualifications for Blue Paw. We recognize that some students will not make Blue Paw this 9 weeks due to not meeting the attendance and behavior criteria. Blue Paw will start over on October 22nd with the 2nd 9 weeks.

What is UFLI?
UFLI is a research based phonics program that our students all use in K-2 and some of our students use in 3-5. Here's a flyer so you can learn more if your child comes home talking about UFLI!
Phonics Pattern of the week- oo
Our phonics pattern of the week is "oo". Student love to write words that have the pattern in them on our white boards. Talk to them about what words they can come up with that has "oo" in them!
