Parking at Liberty Knoll Parking at Liberty Knoll

BOD is considering our options to enforce parking by registering cars. This is due to the fact that many homeowners are not using their two assigned spots and instead using the visitor parking.

Traffic & safety issues are created when we do not park legally within the community.

We need to park in our garages and assigned spots.

As you know, our streets are not wide enough to accommodate on-street parking safely. Please park in your garage, driveway or in a parking spot. Do NOT leave your car parked in the street!

Red Cross Fire Campaign Red Cross Fire Campaign

Over 20 homes at Liberty Knoll were visited this January by Red Cross volunteers to educate families about fire safety and supply and install smoke alarms free of charge.

The Red Cross especially wants to engage townhome communities, where a single fire can affect multiple homes/families. If you missed this event, but you are still interested, please see the attached flyer!

Being a Good Neighbor Means... Being a Good Neighbor Means...

Keep your pup safe at all times by walking them on a leash.

Being Considerate. Leash your pet at all times.

Liberty Knoll is a pet-friendly community and we welcome pet owners walking their dogs safely on a leash in our common areas.

Pet owners are expected to be respectful of their neighbors and always clean up after their dogs. This includes the waste bags. Please be sure they make it to the dumpsters.

If a homeowner chooses to ignore these guidelines, they will incur a $25 fine for each violation.

Observing the Posted Speed Limits

Be sure to drive slowly throughout our neighborhood.

We have many people that enjoy walking and they need to be safe to do so.

If a homeowner is reported to be speeding, they will face a $50 fine.

Garbage & Recycling Garbage & Recycling

Be Responsible!

We continue to have people dump larger items from their homes alongside the sheds.

Every time we need to call CRP Sanitation to clear the mess, it affects all of us since it is always an additional cost.

Please be considerate- Call CRP directly if you have larger items to dispose of.

Keep the Sheds Clean!

It's up to each one of us. Keep the garbage & recycling sheds clean!

  • Break down the cardboard. We incur extra costs when homeowners ignore this.
  • Don't overflow the receptacles. Use the receptacles in the back.
  • Be a good neighbor & keep this area neat & clean.

If you see that the garbage sheds need tidying, please be a good neighbor and do the right thing!
