Ask a Question. Save a Life.

Thank you for joining us tonight for the QPR Training. We hope that you found tonight's session informative and that you can use these stratigies to help support those in need.

According to the resource handed out today,

  • Question.....a person about suicide.
  • Persuade....someone to get help and.
  • Refer....someone to the appropriate resource

QPR is not a form of counseling or treatment. It is intended to offer hope through positive action. Learning QPR can help a person recognize the warning signs, clues, and suicidal communications of people in trouble, and gain skills to act vigorously to prvent a possible tragedy.
