Dragons' Dish

Dear Allenwood Families,

We are extremely excited to welcome you all back for the start of a brand new school year! The first day of school is Thursday, September 4th, and we cannot wait to see our young Dragons return, ready to learn and grow.

Please note that Thursday, September 4th and Friday, September 5th will be full school days, with dismissal at 3:20 PM. As always, we want to emphasize the importance of attendance. Being present and on time each day is critical to our students’ academic and social success, so let’s work together to ensure our Dragons are here and ready to shine!

We have several exciting events coming up in September:

• Back to School Night will be held on Wednesday, September 10th starting at 6:30 PM. Each session will run for 25 minutes, and a detailed letter with additional information will be mailed home next week.

• Picture Day at Allenwood is scheduled for Friday, September 12th, so get those smiles ready!

• On Monday, September 15th, our students will take part in a special assembly to kick off the 250th Anniversary of the United States. Wall Township has planned some fun and meaningful ways for our students to celebrate this historic milestone.

We are looking forward to a wonderful school year filled with learning, community, and new opportunities for our students. Thank you, as always, for your continued partnership and support.

Sincerely,

James Sterenczak
Principal
