IMPORTANT PSAT TESTING DAY INFORMATION
On Thursday, October 29, 2026, the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Qualifying Scholarship Test (PSAT/NMSQT) will be administered to all 10th and 11th grade students, and all Seniors who need to satisfy their state testing graduation assessment requirements at Cherry Hill High School East at no cost to students. All students should report to school by 7:30 a.m, regular busing will be provided. We will utilize an Early Dismissal Schedule, with students dismissed from school at 11:45 a.m. Late bus transportation at 12:30 p.m. will only be available for students who are utilizing extended time via CollegeBoard accommodations. Lunch will be served for all students. Students that are testing will be notified of their testing rooms by Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
CollegeBoard is administering the PSAT in a digital format through “Bluebook.” Students must use their fully charged school-issued device (Chromebook) as it already has the app installed on it that will be needed to take the PSAT. If they do not yet have a school-issued device, one will be provided for them on test day.
Classes will NOT meet on October 29th. Students in grades 9 and 12 who are not testing will have alternative programming. Friday, October 30th will be a full day of school for all students and will be a Day 3 in our schedule rotation. HERE is the letter with more information about PSAT testing. Thank you for your help in making your child’s testing experience as successful as possible. you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to your child’s school counselor.
