Student Absences

To report your students absence please send an email to chsps-aa@brsd.ab.ca

School Fees

School fees statements will be emailed out by the end of September.

School fees are payable online using VISA DEBIT or MASTERCARD. To add a student to your account you will need their student number which is found on the statement.

Real Time Reporting

LifeTouch will be taking the students' photographs this year. All students will have their individual portraits and group photos taken on Monday, September 8th.

We will continue to offer a full Breakfast Program this year! (Thanks Mrs. McPherson and Mrs. Clark). We hope to be up and running by September 12, 2025 (or earlier!).

Cellphones should be kept in student lockers or in some classrooms, in bins, during instructional time. This is the teacher’s responsibility to uphold at the start of every class. Any student caught using their cellphone during instructional time will be asked politely to take their cellphone to the office where it will remain until a parent is able to pick it up. The staff member encountering the violation will call home to inform the parent of the infraction and the consequence.

The form 2025-2026 Student Re-Enrollment and Verification(320-1) form have been assigned and you should have received an email. Please sign in to the PowerSchool portal and then click the link to SchoolEngage, please note the form must be completed on a web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer, the PowerSchool App does not have form capability.
