Camp Kingdom Kids: June 15-19

Hello Camp Families,

We've had a fantastic first week of camp and are excited for next week!

Tip- Procare Messaging has two channels:

• Use the "Classroom Channel" for day-of absences, care details, and other notes that staff with campers need to be aware of; office admins and program staff view these messages.
• Use "Office Channel" for vacation requests, billing questions, and other office-specific information; only office admins view these messages.

Tip- Swim Shirt Care:

• The swim shirt care tag calls for hand washing; consider hanging shirts to dry so they do not shrink in the dryer.

Pack for a Great Day:

• Bring a labeled water bottle every day.
• Pack a hearty lunch and encourage your camper to finish it.
• Include a change of clothes in case of messes.
• Check the day's field trip/activity and send any needed gear.
• Label all belongings.

• Campers must wear closed-toe shoes every day.
• Campers wear their camp t-shirt (or camp swim shirt, for swim trips) for every off-site day.

Prepare for Health & Medication:

• Topicals (lotion, sunscreen, lip balm, hand sanitizer) and medications (including cough drops and vitamins) must be kept in the office— not in camper backpacks or lunch boxes.
• Camp supplies sunscreen unless you opt to provide a specific brand for your camper(s).

Review Electronics Policies (Adventurers, Voyagers, and Trailblazers):

• Electronics are allowed only on full-day field trip bus rides.
• Games must be rated E.
• Campers may use only their own devices.
