Principal Message
Hello Marshall Families,
It's finally spring! We have one full week of school until our Spring conference week. Please remember that March 30th-April 3rd are half days all week, with dismissal at 12:40pm.
As we welcome the arrival of spring, this is a wonderful time to help students reset, refocus, and enjoy the fresh energy that comes with a new season. Spring often brings excitement, longer days, and a renewed sense of curiosity; perfect ingredients for learning!
Spring Reminders for Families
Routines still matter. With brighter evenings and busy spring schedules, it’s easy for routines to slip. Consistent bedtimes, regular attendance, and predictable morning routines help students stay grounded and ready to learn.
Layers are key. Spring weather can be unpredictable. Please send students with layers so they can stay comfortable throughout the day.
Allergies are in full swing. If your child has seasonal allergies, please make sure the school has any necessary information or health plans.
Focus and stamina can dip. Spring excitement sometimes makes it harder for students to stay focused. Encouraging effort, celebrating small wins, and keeping communication open helps students finish the year strong.
Spring is a great reminder that growth takes time, patience, and support. We’re proud of the progress students have made so far this year, and we look forward to all the learning and joy the spring months will bring.
Warmly,
Jamie Whobrey
Principal
Book Fair March 30-April 3rd

Girls on the Run is coming to Marshall Elementary again this Spring. So much more than a run club -- Girls on the Run is a program that inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident! Twice per week for 8 weeks, participants will have fun, make friends, increase their physical activity levels and learn important life skills. Trained and caring coaches lead teams through interactive lessons and movement activities. The season ends with a celebratory 5K event for all Snohomish County teams. The Marshall team will meet Mondays and Thursdays from 4:00-5:30pm. Registration is open now! Click the picture for the link to registration.
