RILEY RECAP - VOLUME 4 ISSUE 15
March 10, 2025
From the Desk of Principal Henderson
Dear Riley Parents, Guardians, and Scholars,
We are at the end of the 3rd grading period. It is imperative that you finish these next few days strong. You must pass 2/3 to earn a credit. As this quarter comes to an end, you must stay focused and work hard. The Riley High School faculty and staff are committed to your scholars success. This a reminder that Friday, March 14th is an synchronous e-learning day. Our scholars will have live meets with their teachers. This day of e-learning will make up a snow day that we had at the top of semester 2.
I can promise you the best of myself for your students each and every day. Please do not hesitate to contact me at shenderson2@sbcsc.k12.in.us if you have any questions or concerns during the year.
Our Goals:
1) Get students reading on grade level
2) A 95% attendance rate
3) A 90% graduation rate
We greatly appreciate the value that each and every one of our scholars and families brings to Riley. WE ARE THE PRIDE OF THE SOUTHSIDE! WE ARE #RILEYSTRONG!
Sincerely,
Shawn Henderson
