Academy Day 2026
Saturday, September 19, 2026 | Jefferson High School
Why Attend?
We’re excited to announce Academy Day 2026 — an incredible opportunity for students, parents, guardians, and educators to learn more about U.S. Service Academies and ROTC scholarship programs. An appointment to a U.S. Service Academy is a fully funded education valued at $240,000–$400,000+. These prestigious institutions open the door to leadership and career opportunities across multiple fields.
Students from Berkeley and counties across West Virginia have earned appointments to the academies and preparatory schools.
Many of them are already on their way to fantastic careers after graduating in 2026.
Success begins with awareness and preparation, starting as early as middle school.

Why It Matters
Students who plan early — taking the right courses, building strong extracurricular records, and preparing physically — are more likely to earn appointments or ROTC scholarships. Academy Day is the first step to making that dream a reality.
