Start Your Week with HOPE!
This Halloween, remember: you don’t have to mask how you’re really feeling.
If things feel heavy, stressful, or just not quite right, reach out. A friend, trusted adult, or someone in Student Services is always here to listen.
And don’t forget to check in on the people around you—you never know what someone may be hiding behind their smile.
No tricks—just a reminder that you matter, you belong, and there is always HOPE.
