All students with a D or an F has been added to our Intervention list and will be expected to report to office hours on Friday to check in with their teacher. Please view the Intervention List (which is divided into Academics and Conservatory and sorted by teacher) to find out which students should be checking in with you on Friday.

Additional details about how these check-ins will impact their Friday attendance will be provided later in the week. Students are not required to stay with you the entire block, but must check in to discuss missing assignments, review strategies, etc.

Communication with parents is important for all students, but is essential when students are not being successful. Please click here for two suggested home communication strategies through Aeries that can be used to more efficiently communicate with parents.

PSO Grants are now open!

What is a PSO Grant? A PSO Grant is a supplemental program, funded entirely by Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) Parent Support Organization’s (PSO’S) discretionary fund. A PSO Grant provides awardees the ability to make specific purchases to fill a need in the classroom. PSO Grants fund supplies, equipment, instructional items, special projects, or programs. Those eligible to apply for a grant include OCSA Academic and/or Conservatory Faculty, Administration, and Staff.
