Wellness Strategies for Educators

Research shows that those in helping professions are at greater risk for stress and burnout. Maintaining wellness across your eight wellness domains is crucial for both your professional and personal life. This training covers risk factors for stress and burnout, and then puts a heavy focus on specific strategies for educators for maintaining your overall wellness.
Additional Information:
- There is no cost to the participant or district
- 3 hours of Act 48 hours will be awarded after the completion of the training
