The Lake County Health Department and Edgewood & Northwood Middle Schools are collaborating to bring resources and information about underage drinking to Edgewood & Northwood parents. Please take a few moments to fill out this valuable survey, which will help guide our efforts and better understand the needs of parents when addressing underage drinking. Teens like to talk about, well, everything with their peers. Sports, clothes, cars, music, and celebrities. No subject is off limits; no topic is taboo.

Alcohol is no different. It's a subject that teens will talk about, whether you realize it or not. Your teen's friends (or your teen) may have incorrect information about using alcohol while underage. Find out what your teen's been told and what they believe.
