Entry Increases
- Parent Chapter Reporters will be voted on at the September Meeting
1 from each School/Chapter is needed
Duties of the Reporter(s):
*Collect news, information and photos related to their respective FFA Chapter & report to Board at Alumni meeting's.
*Assist with planning and setup of Association events & you will sit on all Committees.
*Your attendance will be needed at meetings to fulfill this roll
- Jr. FFA Ambassador will be voted on at the September Meeting
Duties of the Jr. FFA Ambassador shall be:
*To promote the FFA organization, FFA activities, and agricultural education to students at
in the Northwest ISD middle and elementary schools in an effort to increase participation
amongst our younger middle and elementary students.
*In agreement with the Executive Board, and in coordination with NISD ASTs, facilitate
outreach events and communications designed to engage parents, students, teachers,
counselors and administrators at the middle and elementary schools to increase awareness
of the NISD FFA organization and activities, and encourage the participation of younger
students and parents.
*Your attendance will be needed at meetings to fulfill this roll
- Budget will be presented & voted on at our September Meeting
