LEVY INFORMATION
Remember to vote by Feb 11th!
Battle Ground Public Schools is asking voters to consider a replacement education and operations levy on the Feb. 11 ballot. Local levy funding helps to cover things the state doesn’t fully pay for, such as student safety, transportation, special education, updated curriculum, mental health and nursing supports, sports, arts and much more. Levy funding currently provides around 13% of the district’s overall budget.
Visit our website to learn more about the replacement levy, create a personalized cost estimate for your property and to view a video presentation. If you are eligible to vote but are not yet registered, you can still do so in person at the Clark County Elections office in Vancouver until 8 p.m. on election night.
WEATHER RELATED CLOSURES
WE ARE CONSIDERED A NORTH SCHOOL
Please make sure you are ready in the event of a school closure or delay. Review our weather guide.
BUS INFORMATION AND WEATHER RELATED LATE STARTS
Expect your bus to be at the stop at the delayed time. As an example if there is a two hour late start and the bus is normally at the stop at 8:30 then it will be 10:30. Please pay attention to the delay time communicated by the district.
If snow routes are in effect in the morning, those same buses will be on snow routes in the afternoon, too, regardless of the weather by that time. For snow routes, if your bus stop is different from your regular stop, then a guardian must meet their child at the snow route stop at the end of the day or the student will be transported back to school.
