Principal’s Message – Caroline County Public Schools

June 2024

Dear Parents,

Now that the school year is completing, we’re reminding parents that Choptank Health’s School-Based Health providers are available by appointment over the summer to help our students be as healthy as they can be!

Now is the perfect time to include scheduling your athlete’s sports physicals on your summer ‘to-do’ list, so that your student(s) will be eligible to play fall sports during the next school year.

Choptank Health providers can also help address your student’s urgent care needs over the summer, with services including diagnosing illness, addressing behavioral health, writing prescriptions, performing lab tests, and more.

* The subject area of the teacher's degree or certification.

* Whether the teacher is certified by the State of Maryland to teach a grade level or subject area.
