Honesty - Keeping it Real!
Team, we are a few short days away from reaching the halfway point of the 2020-2021 school year. What a ride it has been thus far! I wanted to take a moment to share my perspective on HONESTY and what it means to me. Until each of us is ready to be real with who we are, or what we need to do, it is impossible to figure out what we want or where we need to go in life. Each day that you are able to get up and see the light of day, I challenge all of us to be honest with our intentions and actions. Be real with expectations and set your course in motion. If you want to be a better student...then make real efforts to accomplish those goals. If being at the top of your sport, activity or extracurricular involvement is what you want...then put your energy into mastering your craft. Or, if you have the desire to be an overall better and more positive person...then accept yourself for who you are and let your energy lead the way for others to follow. If each of us is honest with the things that we do on a day to day basis and if we are honest about what we want out of life, the positive impact that each of us could have in our communities is unreal. I know that the class of 2022 is so capable of changing the direction of the future, but HONESTLY each of you have to believe in yourselves as much as we believe in each of you. Team, have a wonderful and restful winter break and get ready for a fast second semester! Enjoy for now...and be proud of how far each of you have come! Happy Holidays....

I just want to wish everyone a safe a beautiful holiday season. I am hopeful that all of you find some time to take a peek at the past and make HONEST plans for next school term. We are here to support each of you, but we can't do it without you supporting yourselves first. Thank you to everyone who still takes time out of your day to call me or send me an email update on how you are doing; keep them coming! Enjoy your time off, but be ready to GET IT DONE come January when we get rolling again.

If you need anything please click the links below so you can schedule a time with us. These links are also available on our cohort Canvas page. Ms. Reynolds will available Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00 am-11:00 am, and Mr. Howe will be available Mondays and Wednesdays 9:00am -11:00 am. If these dates and times just aren't doable for you, send your counselor an email and we will make something work. Have a wonderful and safe winter break and please let us know if you need anything before we return back to school.
