Cell Phone & Smart Watch Reminders
From the Elementary Handbook:
During the school day, cell phones must be off and away, stored in a student’s cubby or book bag, unless they are necessary for medical reasons. When a smartwatch is deemed to be a distraction to the learning environment, it must be removed and stored in the cubby or book bag. The goal of these rules is to avoid distractions and maximize learning.
Book Fair Volunteers Needed
Friday, April 5, 2024 is the Evergreen Book Fair and Art Show from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Everyone is invited to come shop at the book fair and see all of the wonderful student artwork!
All students will also visit the Book Fair from Monday, April 8 to Tuesday, April 16, 2024 on their scheduled library day. We are in need of volunteers to assist our students during their daytime shopping visits, especially the younger students in Kindergarten and 1st grade.
If you are available and interested in volunteering to help students shop at the Spring Book Fair April 8 - 16th during their scheduled library visit, please follow the 3 quick steps below:

Blankets of Hope
This week Mr. Tomlinson's 4th Grade class participated in the Blankets of Hope program. Through the program, donors send blankets to schools, that get repackaged along with a note, and sent back out to shelters or centers to those in need. These blankets were donated to Norristown Hospitality Center.
