THE HARVEY ACADEMY

The Harvey Academy spirit wear store will close TONIGHT, August 7, 2026 at midnight.

Ordering dates from September forward will be between the 1st and 15th of

each month. At the end of each ordering period, orders will be processed and delivered to your

home within 7-10 business days.

● Kindergarten through 6th grade: Students may purchase the Harvey Academy spirit

t-shirts only. These shirts may be worn on Wednesdays (School Spirit Day) with a uniform

bottom.

● Grades 7–12: Students may purchase any item in the Spirit Wear Store to wear daily except

for spirit t-shirts, which may only be worn on Wednesdays (School Spirit Day) with a uniform

bottom. In addition, the only athletic-type bottoms that may be worn daily are the bottoms on the spirt wear site. Otherwise, uniform bottoms are expected to be solid navy or khaki chino-style.

IFOR SAFETY REASONS, IN THE MORNING, ALL STUDENTS SHOULE BE DROPPED OFF AT CARLINE ACROSS FORM THE FIELD. STUDENTS SHOULD NOT BE DROPPED OFF IN THE PARKING LOT.

FOR SAFETY AND EFFICIENCY, PLEASE PULL ALL THE WAY TO THE STOP SIGN OR TO THE CAR IN FRONT OF YOU DURING MORNING DROP-OFF.

PLEASE DO NOT LET STUDENTS OUT OF THE CARE BEFORE REACHING THE OVERHANG.

September tuition will post on Gradelink next Saturday, August 15, 2026.

MONTHLY TUITION DUE DATE

• Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A fee of $50 will be assessed for late tuition payments.

BILLING SCHEDULE

• Tuition charges are posted on Gradelink on the 15th of the preceding month. (Example: September tuition will post on August 15.)

• Monthly statements are available on Gradelink at the end of the month.

NOTE: Uniform bottoms should be solid navy or khaki chino-style.

They are not required to be purchased from the uniform store.
