Mill Valley Principals

The Muskego-Norway School District is dedicated to creating a positive experience for our students, staff, parents, and community. We are committed to listening and responding to your experiences and continuously work to improve our service to you. Please take a few minutes to complete the Parent Experience Survey at the following link.

Thank you for your commitment to our success!

Mill Valley's very own Abbie Ramon will be transitioning to the role of Coordinator of Student Learning to support MNSD from a district level beginning in the 2025-26 school year. Abbie Ramon has been serving as a Teaching and Learning Coach at Mill Valley for the past two years. She has worked closely with all grade level teachers to refine teaching practices, implement new curriculum, and has been an invaluable resource to our intervention program. We have no doubt she will do amazing things at the district level, but she will be dearly missed daily at Mill Valley.

The decline in student enrollment across the state of Wisconsin has also impacted Mill Valley. With that being said, Mill Valley is believed to now be a size that can be served by one building principal. With the elimination of the Associate Principal role at Mill Valley, we are able to share that Julie Hetzel will serve in the capacity of a Teaching and Learning Coach starting in the 2025-26 school year. We are excited to have Julie’s expertise rejoin the Teaching and Learning Coach team at Mill Valley where she previously served for the last 11 years prior to being the Associate Principal.
