The 2026 Achievement Applications are due at 11:59 pm on Thursday, October 15th. Applications received after this date may not be judged. Please read through the Instructions first, then fill out the Cover Letter, Activity Sheet, and Achievement Application.

The Otoe County 4-H Council meets once per month on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7 pm. Most meetings last less than 90 minutes and focus on topics that elevate 4-H and youth development in our county. The group works on fair business, Achievement Night, finding sponsorships, etc. This is a 2-year term that starts in November and runs through October 2028. We will vote at the upcoming November 1st Achievement Night to add one adult and one youth member from each district (west, central, and east) from among those on the ballot .

State Fair items, trophies, banners, buckles, and any items left during fair are now available for pickup. We'll keep these until the Achievement Night celebration, then start disposing of unwanted items November 2nd. Please pickup your items ASAP!
