Welcome back, students and families of St. Elizabeth Seton School! We are excited to begin another year of learning, growth, and community together. As we step into this new school year, we are reminded of the strength, kindness, and faith that define our Seton family. Whether you're returning or joining us for the first time, we look forward to a year filled with meaningful learning, lasting friendships, and joyful experiences. Let's work together to make this school year our best one yet!
August 28 - First Day of Classes K-5 (Tuesday/Thursday Staggered Kindergarten Groups)
August 29 - Monday/Wednesday Staggered Kindergarten Groups
September 1 - Labour Day ~ No School
September 10 = Grade 5 AMA Safety Patrol Training 12:30-1:30
September 16 - Opening Mass & Grade 4 Bible Presentation at St. Mary's 10:30 - 11:30
September 18 - Jersey Day
September 19 - PD Day ~ No School
September 29 - Orange Shirt Day
September 30 - National Day of Truth & Reconciliation ~ No School
Regular attendance is encouraged for all students. The parent or guardian must excuse each and every absence. Please make every attempt to have your child at school.
If for any reason he/she is going to be late or absent, please call us at 403-343-6017 so that we are aware of the circumstances.
If your child is absent and the school has not been notified, the secretary will contact the parent.
A City of Red Deer Peace Officer stopped by to remind our school community of some of the Parking Bylaws.
Vehicles must be parked at least 1.5 Meters from all driveway entrances and 5 Meters from all crosswalks.
Please pay close attention to and obey all roadside signage.
Proper parallel parking: Please park on the correct side of the road.
