St Elizabeth's News
NEWSLETTER | TERM 1 | WEEK 8 | 26 MARCH 2026
Good afternoon parents and caregivers,
It is hard to believe that we are approaching the end of Term One. A big thank you to our dedicated staff for their continued commitment and hard work throughout the term, it is truly valued and appreciated.
This Sunday we celebrate Palm Sunday, marking the beginning of Holy Week. This significant time in the Churchβs calendar invites us to reflect on Jesusβ entry into Jerusalem, where he was welcomed with palm branches as a sign of honour. As you receive palm fronds at Mass this weekend, may it be an opportunity for you and your family to pause, reflect, and engage with the meaning of this sacred time.
As we near the end of term, we ask families to continue to be mindful of driving and parking around the school. Please show consideration for our neighbours by keeping driveways clear and adhering to City of Wanneroo parking guidelines, including around the entrance driveway gate. A reminder that dropping off or collecting students at the front gate is not a safe option. We appreciate your patience in using Kiss and Drive or parking in designated areas.
We are pleased to welcome Miss Molly Bunce and Mrs Katie Nixon, who will be joining our Early Years team in Term Two. We look forward to them becoming part of our community and encourage everyone to make them feel welcome.
Finally, a reminder that Thursday, 2 April is our Catholic Day. There will be no staff on site; however, OSH Club will be operating and is currently accepting bookings via their website or app.
Wishing you all a safe and restful weekend, particularly with the weather forecast ahead.
God bless
Rebecca Clarke
Principal

Term 2 Parent Planner
Dear Families and Caregivers,
What a wonderful term it has been. It has been fantastic to see our students settle so positively into new routines, build relationships and engage in their learning with growing confidence.
This week, our Year 5 and 6 students led a beautiful liturgy for our school community. We extend our sincere thanks to the students, staff and families who helped make this such a meaningful and reflective celebration.
Our Early Years students also enjoyed a special visit from Year 10 and 11 Mater Dei students, who worked alongside them in a range of fun and purposeful activities. These sessions provide a valuable opportunity for our children to build confidence when interacting with others, engage in new and exciting learning experiences and strengthen connections within our wider community. We look forward to continuing these opportunities throughout the year.
We thank you for your ongoing support and partnership.
God bless
Brooke Davison & Kadir Mastan
