Mustang Message

Mustang Families,

This week on announcements I talked to the students about the importance of breathing when they are upset. I talked to them about why it is important to breathe and modeled taking some deep breaths. If you would like to show them this video about belly breathing, it can help reinforce that concept at home!

Thank you,

Carrie Quinney

Principal

Murchison Elementary

If you are driving to Murchison for dismissal, please use the main parking lot to either park your car and walk to the back or drive through the car loop. For student safety, cars cannot drive through the back by the playgrounds or through the bus loop at dismissal. Thank you for helping keep our students safe!

Our Murchison PTO has scheduled some Spirit Nights for 2025. You don't have to cook and a portion of the proceeds go to Murchison-that's what I call a win/win! See information about Spirit Nights below.

On Wednesdays the staff at Murchison wear college shirts to promote college and career readiness. Feel free to allow your child to join us in wearing a shirt on Wednesday that represents their favorite university!
