Five Good Things in Spring
February 22, 2026
Senior Night at Westfield High School delivered a moment the Mustangs will never forget! In front of a packed home crowd, the seniors were honored with a big win over Dekaney High School that secured the district championship! The energy in the gym was electric, and every play reflected the leadership, heart and commitment this group has poured into the program. Huge congratulations to Dekaney High School for a competitive battle and a strong season!
Then, the Mustang momentum keeps rolling! The Westfield girls claimed the district title and powered past College Park in bi-district action, adding another playoff win to an already impressive season!
Letβs hear it for our seniors and our district champs! ππ₯
If you stepped inside Roberson Middle School this past week, you would have heard the steady rhythm of keyboards, seen notes spread across tables and felt the focus of students immersed in meaningful discussion. Our Roberson Technology Student Association (TSA) competitors are in grind mode as Regionals gets closer, tightening up slides, running through speaking parts and making sure every project piece works exactly how it should. Thereβs a calm confidence in the room and a whole lot of hustle behind the scenes. These Razorbacks are ready to step into competition with ideas theyβve built, tested and perfected together. Letβs send Roberson TSA all the good vibes as they continue their journey! ππ»
Spring ISD students, this is your moment! The Girlsβ and Boys' Empowerment and Leadership Summit are coming to Dekaney High School on March 7, and youβll want to be in the room.
