Arrival and Dismissal Arrival and Dismissal

Keeping Our Students Safe During Arrival and Dismissal

The safety of our students is always our top priority. We ask for your partnership in helping us maintain safe, efficient arrival and dismissal procedures for all children.

Changes in Dismissal

If you choose to change your child's dismissal, please contact the office before 2:00.

Arrival Time
Students may arrive at school between 8:40 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Students are considered tardy at 9:00 a.m.

If your child plans to eat breakfast at school, please make every effort to have them arrive as close to 8:40 a.m. as possible. Students begin their academic day promptly at 9:00 a.m., and arriving early allows them enough time to eat breakfast and be ready to learn when instruction begins.

Please note that outside food is not permitted during breakfast time. During breakfast, only school-provided breakfast items will be served and consumed.

Arrival and Dismissal Safety
Our arrival and dismissal procedures are designed to keep students safe while moving hundreds of children efficiently each day. We ask all families to continue following the traffic map below and to follow the directions of staff members who are assisting with arrival and dismissal.

Car Rider Dismissal Information

Thank you for following our traffic pattern. Car rider tags must be displayed. Please reach out to the office if you do not have one. Car rider dismissal begins at 3:30. We have started early these first few days to ensure our system is smooth.

Walker Dismissal Information
To ensure the safety of all students, walkers will not be released before 3:40 p.m.

  • Front Door Walkers will be dismissed from Door 2 at 3:40 p.m.

  • Back Door Walkers will be dismissed from Door 3 at 3:40 p.m.

Please help us maintain a safe and orderly dismissal by waiting at the designated location and allowing staff to supervise the release of students.

By working together, we can ensure that every child begins and ends the school day safely.

Thank you for your cooperation and support as we make student safety our highest priority.
