Mr. Jenson’s class in Math are on track to finishing the curriculum early, so they are moving into addition with regrouping. In reading they are identifying parts of speech; nouns, verbs, adjectives, prepositions and prepositional phrases. DISSECTION!! One of the most fun things in school is learning about animals through the process of dissection. Also, similar to Mr. Near's information, MS and HS classrooms (like all our other classrooms) have been writing samples for our staff professional development in April. The SOAR grant has provided a counselor to come in and work with students on the AK Career Inventory System and the Personal Learning and Career Plans.
