GMS Falcon Update

On Friday, October 25th, Graham Middle School students participated in their annual "Manufacturing Day" event. Students in each grade level rotated to stations in which they learned about the variety in the manufacturing field. Stations were led by external facilitators from local business and industry.

The following companies were represented on the day and we are truly thankful for their commitment to our students:

Valco Industries, IPL, Hobart Institute of Welding, Ohio Hi-Point (Business), Rosewood Machine & Tool, Ohio Hi-Point (Engineering), Waibel, Flight Ministries, Breezy Bombers, Rittal, Mike Major Studio, Miami Valley Gasket, Weidman, Energy Optimizers, KTH, Bacon., and Airstream.

The Scholastic Book Fair will be at GMS November 11-14 and available to students during their lunch/recess/intervention blocks. Any proceeds from the book fair go towards providing more books for teacher classroom libraries.

Students all have access to Progress Book via their Clever logins. Parents can access through the same login they would have used last year. Any new families should have received an access key on Friday via email from Mr. Guidera.

Frontline Education has released the Progress Book Parent and Student Mobile App (aka Parent Access app) to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. This app is available for your parents/students to download and use now. For those that choose to download, the app takes the place of the mobile web version of Parent Access that parents and students have long used. In addition, Frontline has produced an overview video that can be shared with your users.
