Parent Newsletter September 2026
From the Desk of Principal Piazze-McMahon
Welcome to the 2026-2027 School Year! Walking through our hallways these last few weeks, I have been filled with joy seeing our classrooms come alive with bright smiles, new friendships, and eager learners. The start of an elementary school year holds a special kind of magic and our entire staff is thrilled to welcome your children back to Williamson Elementary!
September is an incredibly important month for our learners as we focus on building campus culture and establishing routines. In the classroom our students aren't just learning reading and mathematics they are also learning how to collaborate, navigate new daily schedules, and practice independence. You can help support this growth at home by setting consistent early bed times, reading together for at least 20 minutes each night, and talking positively about their upcoming school day!
Education is a partnership between home and school. By working together, we can ensure that every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn every single day. Thank you for your continued support, trust, and partnership. Let's make this year a year of incredible growth as we embark on our "Voyage to Victory!"
Sincerely,
Patrick Piazze-McMahon

Atentamente,
Patrick Piazze-McMahon
