Kindergarten Weekly Update
Apr.20-24
📣Week 32
We hope you enjoyed the weekend!
Last week, we had a great time learning the digraph th! The students enjoyed practicing this new sound in a variety of activities. We also spent time reviewing our four R's: respect, responsibility, relationships, and being ready. We had meaningful discussions about the importance of being a first-time listener and making positive choices throughout the day. I am so proud of our classroom community and the way the students are growing as kind friends and responsible learners.
We are excited for the upcoming week and can't wait to hear all about their adventures!

Birthdays
Birthdays are so exciting! We celebrate each student's special day in class with a birthday crown, pencil, special chair cover, and a song. Students are welcome to bring in pencils, stickers, erasers, or a favorite book to share with the class. Please note that LCPS has a food-free classroom policy.
Daily Snack & Water
We love keeping our classroom fueled and hydrated! Please send a healthy snack and water bottle with your child each day. Please no candy. Thank you for your support!

- Please take a moment to read Mr.Blubaugh's weekly email for important updates and announcements
