What an electric Spring Show! Your hard work paid off and we are proud of every single one of you. As an ensemble, you continue to raise the bar and it is so exciting to see what you achieve each time. Congratulations on a wonderful show! More professional photos to come.

Parent/Guardian Information

As we begin preparing for the 2026–2027 school year, we are currently seeking new board members and committee chairs. Please see the information below and let us know if you are interested in filling a position, making a difference, and supporting our amazing program.

Morning Rehearsals ⏰

Varsity Treble & Select Tenor-Bass singers: we have one more competition on April 23—Festival di Voce at DBU. Please be sure to arrive on time for Monday morning rehearsals as we prepare.

Choir Banquet Tickets Now On Sale! 🎶🎟️

Tickets for the Choir Banquet are officially on sale! Be sure to secure your spot early—all ticket sales close on May 7 at 11:59 PM (CDT). Ticket link is below!

Ticket Options:

Banquet Dinner Ticket – $31.00
(Includes dinner; $30 ticket + $1 platform fee)
Award Ceremony Only – Free
Note: CHS singers must purchase a dinner ticket. This option is for parents and friends attending the ceremony only.
Late Banquet Dinner Ticket – $36.00
(Available starting May 8 at 12:01 AM)

6:30 AM – Call / Rehearsal

Seating & Flow:

Varsity Treble will be seated in the chapel to watch Select TB perform. Afterward, you will go straight to the warm-up room.
Select Tenor-Bass will be seated in the chapel immediately after their performance to watch Treble perform.

Competition Time: 9:00 – 10:20 AM

We are excited to announce auditions for the 2026–2027 Vivace Show Choir! All students from incoming freshmen through seniors are invited to audition.

Audition Details:

Date: April 24 2026, Friday
Estimated Audition Time: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Singers may be released early depending on how quickly auditions progress)
Location: Coppell High School Choir Room, New Fine Arts Building

Sight Reading: 4 measures of music
Prepared Song: 30-second solo performed a cappella

Our Choir Booster organization is looking for enthusiastic parents and guardians to help support our amazing choir program next year! At our most recent booster meeting, we identified several key positions that will be open. Whether you have a little time or a lot, there’s a place for you to make a meaningful impact.

Secretary
Perfect for someone organized and detail-oriented! This role keeps our booster club running smoothly by managing meeting minutes, attendance records, communications, and documentation. The Secretary ensures everyone stays informed and that important records are maintained.

Vice-President of Operations & Administration
A hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people and coordinating activities. Responsibilities include supporting registration, overseeing hospitality, organizing volunteers, and assisting the President. This role also coordinates the senior scholarship process.

(Co) Vice-President of Events
Love planning events? This role oversees major choir events like the Madrigal Feast, show choir performances, and the choir banquet. Responsibilities include organizing committees, coordinating ticket sales, and managing event logistics.

(Co) Vice-President of Marketing
Great for creative thinkers! This position focuses on promoting choir events and achievements through publicity, social media, and website updates, helping build excitement and awareness in our community.

Hospitality Chair (or Co-Chair)
If you enjoy creating welcoming environments, this role coordinates refreshments and special touches for choir events, meetings, and recognition moments.

Booster involvement is a rewarding way to support our students, connect with other families, and be part of something truly special. Many roles can be shared (co-positions available), and you’ll always have support from fellow board members.
