Parking
Reminder: The City of Red Deer placed new signs in front of our school. The section out front of our main doors has now been split into three sections. As you pull up, the first section is a City Bus lane with no public parking. The second section is RDCRS specialized bus lane with no public parking between the hours of 8-9am and 2:30-3:30pm. The third section is student drop and go with where drivers must remain in their vehicles. The North Parking Lot, located closest to the Foundations and Blended Program entrance, is designated for guest and parent parking. Some staff will also be required to park in this lot. The South East lot, near the Grade 9 doors, is reserved for staff parking and the bus roundaboutβparents are asked not to park in this area.
We ask all families to be mindful of our neighbors by avoiding parking in front of houses or in nearby alleys, as this creates safety concerns. This is especially important on game nights when we have an abundance of visitors parking near the school.
Look at what is Up and Running!
For right now, the vending machine is only accepting CASH!
Our machine is schedule to work during the lunch hour. 11:40 - 12:40pm and after school

Bus Status - IMPORTANT
It is important for families to have access to the bus status notifications so they are aware of any changes to the bus drop off and pick up times. There are two ways to view the status of your child's bus status. You can either go to our website and look at the bus status on the right hand side or you can download the Bus Status 4 App in your app store. The app is available for both apple or android users.

Step 2: Open the app and select Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools from the list (you only need to select your district the first time you open the app. Bus Status will remember your selection).

β οΈ ATHLETE INFORMED CONSENT
If you have not yet completed your childβs Athlete Informed Consent, please make sure this is done ASAP.
This form must be completed before students participate in school athletics and acknowledges the risks associated with athletic participation, including concussions and other injuries. The form only needs to be completed once per student for the entire school year.
-Please note that on the athletic calendar it will show that our Volleyball games start at 3:10. This is NOT the case.
Please note that ALL volleyball games, (whether it be Junior or Senior games) should always start at 4:00pm.
I have them listed as an after school start time so that students can account for warm-ups, travel time, etc.
π CELEBRATING PERSONAL BESTS!

Remember, success isn't just about having the highest score β it's about showing up, giving your best effort, and recognizing how far you've come. Way to go, Golden Eagles! Keep striving, keep growing, and keep soaring!

π FAIR-PLAY AFTER YOU PAY in in full effect!
Our Junior League places a strong emphasis on Fair Play and making sure students have the opportunity to participate. However, Fair Play begins once all required fees and forms have been completed.
Before your child steps foot on the court, ALL required forms and fees must be taken care of. This includes the required athletic forms as well as any applicable athletics fees.
Not sure if everything is complete? No problem! Please take a moment to check your childβs Rycor account to make sure everything is up to date.
β BEFORE YOUR ATHLETE PLAYS, YOU SHOULD SEE:
