Principal's Message
PRMS Families,
We had a great time celebrating all of our student successes this week at our Award Program. We have many bright, creative, and talented students here at PRMS! We are working hard to continue our learning these last few months. Please encourage your students to keep working hard. Remember that you can keep up your grades in Parent Portal and you can always reach out to the school should you have any questions. The parent-teacher relationship is important to us.
Make sure you are connected to Class Dojo. This is our primary way to communicate happenings at school.
You can use this code to get connected.

We hope to see you Tuesday at our Winter Gallery Walk family night. We will have hot chocolate and cookies. Families can walk around to read student-published work and enjoy performances and artwork from the fine arts department.
Sincerely,
Karen Holloman, Ed D.

8th Grade Parents,
Believe it or not it is already time to start planning for 9th grade! Information has been sent home with students and emailed to parents this week about scheduling your child's Individual Graduation Plan Conference! At the IGP conference, we will schedule your child's 9th grade classes and will discuss future career goals! All of the information and resources can also be found on my website. Parents can schedule their appointment online by using the links on my webpage or by the QR code on the letter. Please use the correct QR code or link should your family need an interpreter. The deadline to schedule your child's IGP appointment is February 19th. If you do schedule the conference by the deadline, the IGP conference will be conducted with your child before the end of March. Finally, on Tuesday, February 11th at 6:30pm we have a virtual and in-person parent meeting (following the Winter Walk event) for parents to learn how to prepare for the IGP conference. You can use THIS LINK to join the meeting. Another IGP parent information meeting will be held in-person at PRMS on March 3rd at 8:00am for parents who speak Spanish.
Please help us congratulate PRMS's South Carolina Junior Scholars!
