National School Psychologist Week
Every single day, Madelyn brings empathy, insight, and heart to our school community. Whether she is advocating for our students, supporting families through challenging moments, or helping shape inclusive environment where every child feels seen and valued, her impact is profound.
School psychologists wear so many hats—listener, problem-solver, guide, and champion—and Madelyn carries each role with exceptional grace and dedication. Her commitment to nurturing both the academic and emotional well-being of our students creates a ripple effect of positivity across our entire building.
Thank you, Madelyn, for your tireless work, your gentle guidance, and the constant positivity you bring to our team and community. We are beyond lucky to have you! 💙

Helpful Resources:
Signs of Suicide (SOS) Presentation
The 9th grade will be participating in a Signs of Suicide Presentation. The goal of this lesson is to empower students to recognize signs of depression or suicide risk in themselves or their peers, reduce the stigma around mental health, and teach them how to seek help. Students will learn the simple, actionable A.C.T. strategy: Acknowledge the signs, show you Care, and Tell a trusted adult.
Our student support team (counselors, social workers, and school psychologists) will be available during and after the presentations to offer support to any student who needs it.
If you have any questions or would like to learn more about the curriculum, please contact the guidance department and speak with one of the counselors.
Quarter 1 Term Ends
Friday November 6th - Term 1 ends 🙂
Please make sure that any final submissions of assignments are turned into teachers for grading purposes! If you need additional support, please reach out to your teacher directly to ensure that you are in good academic standing.
