Summer Update from Mrs. Blackwell

Dear Sunset Park Families,

It's hard to believe that we will welcome all of our friends back to school in a few short days. We are excited about this year and all the special things we have planned. Our building is beautiful and ready to be filled with students. Please take a moment to review the information below and take action where needed.

I look forward to working alongside each of you as we continue to make Sunset Park a place where every child can RISE UP!

Empowering Learners,
Tara Blackwell

Rise Up! New Beginnings...Same Solid Foundation

Our schoolwide theme was chosen with a great deal of thought. This year brings many new beginnings: a new building, new opportunities, new goals, and new possibilities. However, through all of these changes, the heart of SPCAS remains the same. We will continue to build on the strong traditions, high expectations, and student-centered culture that make our school so special.

This year, we are challenging ourselves to rise to new opportunities, rise to new levels of excellence, and most importantly, help every child rise. Together, we will continue to grow, inspire, and achieve while standing on the solid foundation that has always defined Sunset Park.
