Fulton County Schools provides a progress report for students' class performance every 4.5 weeks. These are visible to parents in the Infinite Campus parent portal. In addition to this, each 9 weeks non-academic skills reports are provided. At the end of each semester, each 18 weeks, report cards are distributed. Today, on 1/16/2026, semester 1 report cards will be visible in your Infinite Campus parent portal. Paper copies of report cards will be sent home with students next week. These will be in their backpacks in an envelope. These paper copies are yours to keep. If you have any questions about your student's grades, please reach out to their teacher.

The topic for next week's Student Success Skills program is "Actions and Consequences". In the attachment that we've provided below, you'll find the discussion points that teachers will go over with our students. We encourage you to take this opportunity to reinforce these lessons at home as well.

Cogburn Woods Elementary School is excited to host Career Day on Friday, February 27th, from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and we would love your participation! We are looking for enthusiastic speakers to share with our 3rd-5th grade students about:

• Your career and what you do
• The training or education required
• A “day in the life” in your profession

This is a wonderful opportunity to inspire young minds and help them learn about the many paths available for their future.

Our PreK-2nd Graders will be participating outside with a Touch a Truck experience. If you or someone you know has a career with a vehicle, we would love for them to volunteer!
