HIGH PRIORITY: SCHOOL DISMISSAL MANAGER (SDM)
Continue to Set SDM
School Dismissal Manager (SDM) is an important tool for all EVCS families, as it is how you inform the school about dismissal plans, absences, late arrivals, and more.
Download the app onto your phone:
Visit www.schooldismissalmanager.com for more information.
You will need to log-in and learn how to use SDM to communicate dismissal plans and:
- To report Absences from school and have these absences excused by our attendance manager;
- To attend After-School/Extra-Curricular activities (which will be starting soon): if you want your child to be able to participate in clubs or sports that take place after school (on campus after 3:30 pm), you will need to enter this as your child’s daily dismissal
- To report Early Pick-up arrangements – if you want your child in the office ready to go to an appointment during the school day, and avoid needing to wait for us to call for them, you must enter it into School Dismissal Manager.
Questions about SDM?
Please contact Estefany Hall (Days Park) at ehall@elmwoodvillageschool.org or NaShomi Shaffer (Hertel) at nshaffer@elmwoodvillageschool.org if you have questions about SDM.
Family Directory Coming Soon
A new EVCS Family Directory for each campus will be released soon.
If you have opted in or opted out in before, we will maintain your preference. If you would like to change your participation in the Family Directory, please email admissions@elmwoodvillageschool.org.
