Good Afternoon!
This week we have had fun dressing up for Red Ribbon Week! We always love to see how creative our students can be, and they certainly did not disappoint this week! We would like to extend a big thank you to our parents and guardians for helping our students get excited about each dress-up day. Teaching our students about living healthy is important, and we couldn't have had so much fun in our learning without your help!
Tonight is our 3rd annual STEAMfest! We hope to see you all tonight for fun, food and hayrides! Remember, pre-purchased tickets are available at the will call table, or you can purchase tickets for food and hayrides when you arrive. The rest of the event is free!
Next week we will be having our Book Character Parade. Students are permitted to dress-up as their favorite book character on Tuesday, October 31. We will have a parade at 8:15 that morning and families are invited to view the parade!
On Thursday, we will be collecting food items for our friends at the Early Childhood Center in Springdale (see graphic below). Please bring any donated items in to help support them. The classroom with the most donations will receive Sonic drinks on snack day in November.
Next week we will see much cooler temperatures. Please plan accordingly with your student so that we can all stay warm during recess.
Have a fantastic weekend!
Sincerely,
Jody Johnson
