Fall in Love with AGIS Art! π¨π
Our AGIS artists have been hard at work creating amazing art this fall!
Here is a quick look at what each grade level has been exploring in the art studio:
2nd Grade: Using their imaginations to create art inspired by The Dot while learning about symmetry.
3rd Grade: Bringing landscapes to life and experimenting with abstract portraits.
4th Grade: Exploring graffiti art and mastering analogous color palettes.
5th Grade: Crafting personalized sketchbooks and diving into spooky, Tim Burton-inspired self-portraits!
Be sure to check out the video below highlighting some of the incredible artwork our AGIS artists have created:

PBIS Skill of the Week: Active Listening
This week, we are helping students build strong communication habits through four key practices:
Eyes on the speaker to show focus.
Body still and facing the speaker.
Quiet mind and ears open until the speaker finishes.
Asking thoughtful questions or summarizing what was said.
Try It at Home! Practice "whole-body listening" during family conversations or dinnertime, and praise your child when they give their full attention without distraction.
