Letter from the Principal

Dear St. Teresa Families!

We are so excited to cheer on our Saints baseball team as they compete in the state quarterfinals tomorrow! Congratulations to our student-athletes and coaches on reaching this exciting milestone. We are proud of you and wish you the best of luck. Go Saints!

Today, we practiced our first intruder drill of the 2026–2027 school year. We understand that these drills can bring up questions or cause some anxiety for students. Please take a few moments to talk with your child about today’s drill. Our goal is always to help students feel prepared and confident in knowing what to do. If your child shares any concerns, please let their teacher know so we can offer reassurance and support.

Please keep these important October 9 reminders in mind:

Early dismissal: Friday, October 9, is an early dismissal day. Students will dismiss at 11:30 a.m., there will be no lunch or extended care.

Volunteer requirements: Anyone planning to volunteer for a field trip, classroom activity, school event, or other opportunity involving students must complete all required VIRTUS items by Friday, October 9, to be eligible to volunteer. We appreciate the time you give to our students and school!

Altar Server Training — October 2

All students in 5th–8th grade who plan to serve at school Masses, weekend Masses, or funerals must attend the server training on Friday, October 2.

Please pick up your child at the church at 3:30 p.m.

Thank you for choosing St. Teresa School and for entrusting us with the privilege of being a part of your child’s education, faith formation, and growth. We are grateful to have your family as part of our St. Teresa community.

God Bless,

Sincerely,

Nicole Green

Principal

Our next Children and Youth Mass will be held on October 18th. We encourage all families to mark their calendars and join us for this joyful celebration.

Water bottles must have a secure, closable lid or cap to help prevent spills and must remain closed when not in use. Teachers may designate where water bottles are kept within the classroom. Students are responsible for helping clean up any spills caused by their water bottle.

If a staff member has reasonable concern that a water bottle contains something other than plain water, the contents may be checked. Any prohibited beverage must be emptied.
