π Lunch Schedule Update β Last Week of School
As we approach the final week of school, we wanted to share an important lunch schedule update. During the last week of school, we will not be hosting visitors for lunch. (FIELD DAY is the EXCEPTION!)
This allows our students and staff to maintain consistent routines, enjoy their time together, and focus on closing out the year in a calm and positive way. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to make the final days of school meaningful and smooth for everyone.
Thank you for being such a wonderful partner throughout the school yearβwe are so grateful for our Stilwell families! π
FUTURE ORCHESTRA INFORMATION for 2026-2027
5th Grade Orchestra Update for 2026β27
Beginning in the 2026β27 school year, 5th grade orchestra will transition to an after-school program model. This adjustment allows the district to continue offering orchestra at the elementary level while maintaining the 5th grade entry point for students.
What families can expect:
Orchestra will be offered twice per week after school for approximately 30 minutes (3:45β4:15 p.m.).
Programs will be offered throughout the district, with a goal of providing at least one option within each feeder pattern.
District provided transportation will not be available for this program.
There will not be district required fees for participation.
Students participating in the Y Club Academy will still have the opportunity to attend orchestra.
Additional details, including specific schedules and enrollment information, will be shared with families as we get closer to the start of the 2026β27 school year.
We are excited to continue offering orchestra opportunities for our 5th grade students and look forward to another great year of music in Blue Valley.
SCHOOL LUNCH HEROES - Mrs. Stacey and Mrs. Carla!
STILWELL PTO GRANTS! SMILES FROM EVERYONE!
Prairie Elder Care & Stilwell Kindergarten
What a fun day on the Prairie Elder Care Farmstead! Today was our annual Stilwell Elementary kindergarten field trip. It likes to rain on farm day but the weather didnβt impact the fun, the learning, the smiles, or the connections that were made. We planted summer crops, read to the residents, learned about the farm animals, did a butterfly craft in the houses, enjoyed lunch, played a fun game with the teachers, and ended with a visit from the ice cream truck compliments of PEC.
