Madison Elementary School Update

What a fun week last week! Between the spirit days, the high-energy pep assembly, the parade, and the football game, it was wonderful seeing our school community come together to celebrate.

After all that excitement, we are officially ready to catch our breath and settle back into our normal routine. Tomorrow marks the start of our WIN (What I Need) Time, giving students dedicated, personalized time in our daily schedule to focus on their specific learning goals.

Elementary MTSS Parent Notification

Our 4th graders are heading to the Stubnitz Environmental Center this week for a day of hands-on outdoor learning! Here is the schedule for when each class will be attending:

• Wednesday, October 14: Lutton & Teague

• Thursday, October 15: McCoy & Stewart

• Friday, October 16: Cessna & Greenwood

Please log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to ensure your child's field trip permission is completed and checked off before their scheduled day.

Since we’ll be spending most of our time exploring the trails, please help your student come prepared:

• Dress in layers: October mornings are crisp, but it will warm up as the day goes on.

• Footwear: Comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes or old sneakers (expect a little trail mud!).

• Lunch & Water: Please send a fully disposable sack lunch and a reusable water bottle.
