School Picture Retakes and Info
- Ordered picture packages were sent home before fall break. Every student who had their picture taken in August received a calendar card (with ordering instructions), along with a picture package if you placed an order.
- If you ordered package J (class composite picture), those will not be ready until retakes are completed and processed.
- If you have questions or concerns about your student's picture package, or need help placing an order, please contact Van Gogh School Photographers customer service at (303) 679-9003 for assistance.

School Information
Halloween Parade
Get your cameras ready! We are excited to host our annual Halloween parade and festivities next week. Here are the details for the big day on Friday, October 31st:
Costumes & Parade
Students are invited to come to school dressed in their Halloween costumes! *Remember, no blood, gore, or weapons.
Our all-school parade will begin at 8:55 AM. Parents and families are welcome to join us and watch.
Outdoor Plan: Students will parade outside the Kindergarten doors and circle the blacktop areas. This will be the best place for families to line up and watch.
Weather Contingency Plan: If the weather is too cold or wet, we will move the parade indoors. In this case, parents will be invited to watch the parade from the gym. We will make a final call that morning.
A Note for Classroom Party Volunteers
If you are one of our wonderful parent volunteers helping to set up a classroom party, we have an important request.
To keep the parade route clear and safe for all students, all party setup MUST be completed either:
After school on Thursday, October 30th
Before the bell rings on the morning of October 31st
Thank you for helping us make this a fun and smooth event for everyone. We can't wait to see all the creative costumes!
Halloween Costume Reminders
- NO FAKE BLOOD OR WEAPONS OF ANY KIND. Students may wear masks during the parade and party. Students will be asked to change back into regular school clothing after the parade so please make sure students have clothing underneath for an easy transition.
- Parents MUST enter the building through the front door for class parties and sign in.
- Parents may choose to wear costumes to the party, however, please keep in mind that scary costumes are not appropriate for our school environment.
- Adults should not wear any type of mask as we need to be able to identify everyone in the building.
Are you ready to "boo" your friends for a good cause?! The sales table opens up TOMORROW, October 24th from 8:25 am-8:35am. Students will bring home a form today in Thursday Folders, but please click this link if you would like to print more at home.
